The Purcell Club raise £1,000 for unpaid Carers

Crossroads Care Surrey was delighted to receive a cheque for £1,000 from the Purcell Club.

The Purcell Club is a male voice group formed of former choristers of Westminster Abbey. Every year they lead ten musical tours at Westminster Abbey and raise thousands of pounds for various charities. Crossroads Care Surrey was chosen as one of their charities to support through the Parish of Wisley with Pyrford’s Support Initiative, recommended by one of the Purcell Club members.

We are most grateful to the Purcell Club and the Parish of Wisley with Pyrford for their support. This generous donation will enable us to provide vital respite breaks to more unpaid Carers in the Woking area, who care for a family member, friend, or neighbour who cannot cope without their support.
